Utilising 35+ years of industry knowledge Neveralone Solutions developed a total service providing a safe and secure working environment for community care and lone workers both offsite and in office locations and the safety demanded by those in DV situations
Our services surpasses Australian Work Health and Safety legislation, which mandates employers must provide a safe working environment for all employees.
Providing a safe working environment goes beyond just supplying a product, our services are dedicated and specialised, including, working along side our client’s Operations Managers and WHS teams, developing a bespoke Neveralone Users and Procedures Manual, unique and tailored to their operational requirements.
Neveralone Solutions is actively keeping staff, and their clients, safe across Australia’s leading not-for-profit organisations and community based services including: Specialist Homelessness Services, Family Intervention, Parents Next, Youth Programs, Escaping Violence Programs,, Disability Services, Financial Counselling Services, Health Care Services., Veteran Programs (Home for Heroes), Community Housing, and Community Centres.
Our services are also delivered directly to those in Domestic and Family Violence situations, to the elderly and persons with impairments providing safety inside and outside of their home. Funding can form part of the user’s Home Care / NDIS package.
Overview
The Neveralone device is a small, light 4G LTE wearable GPS smart emergency device. When the duress button is pressed, the device shares the user’s location and automatically initiates two-way voice communication with our accredited specially trained operators. Stealth/Listen-In mode is also available
The appropriate emergency responders (police, fire or ambulance) are then dispatched completely briefed on the emergency situation and location. In Domestic and Family Violence situations, police are also advised of any attached case numbers. Our operator retains contact with the user until help arrives. Additional persons, such as managers or emergency contacts, are also notified.

Company Background - Neveralone
In 1980 I started in the Security Industry and in 1985 creating A – Grade Alarms offering the installation of electronic security systems.
In November 1989 due to the many different Security Services we could offer I change our name to Security Solutions and became a Proprietary Limited Company.
In 1991 we were introduced to the Wesley Mission, the job at hand, a door bell. From this humble beginning evolved a relationship, supplying our security and consultation services, now spanning over 30 years
Our association with Wesley Mission has provided us with invaluable knowledge and intermate insight into the inner workings and challenges faced by Not For Profit and Community Based Organisations in supplying their many and varied services to the Community.
One of these challengers was to provide safety and security to clients, volunteer workers and staff, both in office and out in the field. Wesley Mission commissioned us to provide the solution.
We evaluated and tested the many lone worker / duress systems that have flooded the market, from Watch style wearables to App based products, despite their claims all had failings.
With the above becoming apparent I contacted my long time friend James Neville, the owner of MCM Electronics, a highly respected Australian based electronics design and manufacturing company
With James’ expertise in technology and design and our knowledge of the challengers faced, accompanied by our vision to provide Australia’s most advanced personal duress emergency response system, our Neveralone services were produced. A complete solution second to none.
I have been running my own business for over 35 years, starting from crawling around roof spaces installing systems to the final result of managing our successful companies, a success fueled by our expertise and unparalleled customer service.
I am proud to say, other than supporting our charitable clients, we have not advertised our services for over 30 years, all our clients are by referral.
